We are in the busi­ness of pro­vid­ing med­ical pro­fes­sion­als to health­care facil­i­ties, there­fore our med­ical per­son­nel must undergo an 8 point screen­ing process in order to qual­ify as employ­ees. MSG uti­lizes a tried and true process in order to meet and exceed your expec­ta­tion.

Can­di­date com­pletes Med­ical Staffing Group’s Appli­ca­tion which includes can­di­date pro­file, drug and health doc­u­ment con­sent, release of crim­i­nal record and signed employ­ment agree­ment

If can­di­date is suit­able for employ­ment, they undergo com­pe­tency tests based on a per­sonal expe­ri­ence pro­file and must achieve an 80% score to pass. These are done by Nursetesting.com

  • Signed Physi­cians State­ment of good health
  • TB/PPD Test (within 12 months) OR Chest X-Ray with + TB (Within 24 months and annual symp­toms updated yearly)
  • MMR required prior to Birth date of 1957, 2 MMR required after Birth date of 1957 OR Rubella Titre
  • Rube­ola Titre
  • Mumps Titre (if required by facility)
  • Vari­cella Booster Titre, Immu­nity, Vaccination
  • Hepati­tis B Dec­li­na­tion, Proof of Series, or Titre

a.I-9 require­ment Social Secu­rity Card, Pass­port, Birth Cer­tifi­cate, Dri­ver License etc
b.Company Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion as required by the facil­ity.

Each indi­vid­ual reads and signs a patient and facil­ity con­fi­den­tial­ity ori­en­ta­tion man­ual about com­pany poli­cies, pro­ce­dures, job descrip­tion, and rates for each facil­ity. In addi­tion, each indi­vid­ual is trained on OSHA, con­fi­den­tial­ity, and HIPPA

A per­for­mance eval­u­a­tion is done at the end of the assign­ment as well as a follow-up each step of the way, includ­ing the first day at work.
