Candidate completes Medical Staffing Group’s Application which includes
candidate profile, drug and health document consent, release of criminal record and signed employment agreement
If candidate is suitable for employment, they undergo competency tests based on a personal experience profile and must achieve an 80% score to pass. These are done by Nursetesting.com
- Signed Physicians Statement of good health
- TB/PPD Test (within 12 months) OR Chest X-Ray with + TB (Within 24 months and annual symptoms updated yearly)
- MMR required prior to Birth date of 1957, 2 MMR required after Birth date of 1957 OR Rubella Titre
- Rubeola Titre
- Mumps Titre (if required by facility)
- Varicella Booster Titre, Immunity, Vaccination
- Hepatitis B Declination, Proof of Series, or Titre
a.I-9 requirement Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, Driver License etc
b.Company Identification as required by the facility.
Each individual reads and signs a patient and facility confidentiality orientation manual about company policies, procedures, job description, and rates for each facility. In addition, each individual is trained on OSHA, confidentiality, and HIPPA
A performance evaluation is done at the end of the assignment as well as a follow-up each step of the way, including the first day at work.
